The College of Journalism and Communications welcomes science journalist-in-residence Denise Chow to speak at the Bob Graham Center on Mar. 14 at 6 p.m. in the Pugh Hall Ocora.
Denise Chow is the Assistant Managing Editor of Live Science, the Science and Technology editor for NBC News MACH and a contributing writer to Scientific American. Before joining the Live Science team, Chow spent two years as a staff writer for Space.com, where she covered rocket launches and NASA’s final three space shuttle missions. Originally from Canada, Chow has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto and a master’s degree in journalism from New York University.
Chow will discuss her experiences as a science journalist.
