We are so excited to share our four opportunities to engage in dialogue series this semester.

Our series is a recurring five-week opportunity that leads the same set of participants through dialogue and critical reflection processes while advancing through the 4-stage model of intergroup dialogue.

Once a week, two facilitators help participants establish trust, communicate guidelines, share their stories, and practice how to effectively apply dialogue to difficult conversations or situations.

For undergraduate students with an active interest in electronic media or other multimedia enterprises related to research and creative endeavors.

The new Orange & Blue Film Festival presented by the CJC's MPMT Department is looking for passionate students to join its inaugural team.

Applications to be considered for a subcommittee chair or subcommittee member position are now live.

Applications are open to all students. Interviews are offered on a rolling basis and applications will close on Jan 18th at 11:59 pm.

This event is an opportunity for researchers from CTSI to connect with researchers in the College of Journalism and Communications.

On Thursday Jan. 25th, the CJC will host UF's 9th annual Climate Communications Summit in partnership with the Florida Climate Institute, 2-5 p.m. at the Reitz Union Auditorium.

Hear from leading climate scientists on heat, hurricanes, sea rise and other hazards, and how to scale up public understanding of climate change. Free and open to the public.

Media Sales Day is scheduled on Thursday, April 4th from 10 am to 4 pm in Weimer Room #3032

Write yourself into the art museum!

Words on Canvas is an annual art writing competition at the Harn Museum of Art for University of Florida and Santa Fe College students. We invite you to engage museumgoers with your poetry or prose inspired by art at the museum. This year, students can choose from 27 artworks covering each of the Harn’s collecting areas on view throughout the museum. We also have a special theme focused on walking (embracing all forms of inclusive personal mobility and imaginative approaches), so we are calling the 2024 competition Walks on Canvas!
