Spring 2024 CJC Virtual Career Fair

Registration for the Spring 2024 CJC Virtual Career Fair is now open!

Candidates can book 1-on-1 meetings with employers attending the virtual career fair now. This semester’s CJC Virtual Career Fair will be on Wednesday, April 3 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

View who’s attending, book appointments and drop your resume now!

Instructions for attending this virtual event on Career Fair Plus:

1. Download the Career Fair Plus mobile app (iOS or Android) or visit app.careerfairplus.com
2. Find your organization/school (University of Florida) and navigate to the Spring 2024 CJC Virtual Career Fair
3. Browse and filter the employer list
4. Favorite your employers of interest
5. Once the Booking Window opens, book 1-on-1 or group meetings with employers (more about Meetings)
   • You will need a Career Fair Plus account to do so (Please watch this video for instructions)
   • Your profile is what recruiters see when you book a meeting with them, so be sure to complete it and upload a resume
6. Join the video meetings on the day (more info)
7. Optional interaction: You can also use Resume Drop to express interest in employers

Prepare for the Virtual Career Fair Workshop

Event Description: Students interested in careers in communications will learn about the proper etiquette for attending a virtual career fair, how to make a great first impression with recruiters and how to showcase their skills and experiences to recruiters from the communications industry in a virtual/video interview setting.

This workshop will be presented by Keira Simmonds of the UF Career Connections Center.
