Carnival Cruise Line – Communications Summer Intern Opportunity
Hello, University of Florida!
We have exciting news: Carnival’s Summer Internship Program is back! Because of the relationship we have with UF, we’d love to give a Communications Internship to one of your students (role will be land-based)!
In addition to having access to learning and development opportunities across the organization, the intern will work on the following business-specific project:
The Intern will support community engagement projects such as: developing a master list of community organization memberships, creating a master list of community stakeholders, generating communications to community groups, and assisting with the coordination of community events. Also, general public relations support such as: updating media contacts, assisting with media outreach, tracking media coverage, developing media materials (advisories, talking points, etc.).
Some other points to consider:
- Communications or Public Relations background required
- 8-weeks: June 13th – August 5th. (Alternate dates may be considered if necessary.)
- 100% remote
- Paid full-time internship
- Candidates must be undergraduate students entering their senior year in Fall 2022 or graduate program students
- Students will be working on department-specific projects
