Robyn Goodman, University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications Advertising Department chair and associate professor, has been accepted for the HERS Leadership Institute Intensive Denver Summer June class.

The class curriculum will offer the opportunity to increase self-awareness, develop the breadth and depth of a professional network, and obtain a richer understanding of UF and of higher education. Modules will include sessions on innovation and systemic change, communicating change, inclusive leadership, team (re)building, and self and institutional leadership.

The HERS Leadership Institute is a transformational, leadership development program for women in higher education, founded to fill leadership pipelines across the U.S. with dynamic women, each capable of ushering their respective institutions into a more inclusive and equitable future.
